Is it better to learn work during internship after completing 4th year bds or working in a clinic is better to learn work.whats better??

i have passed 4year bds..but i want to take a transfer to my home town coz i m very home sick but at the same time i want tolearn work as well..but due to lack of dental college in my place i cannot find a good college to complete my internship so want to kno if i cn learn better work in clinic help
