    Hi Bhargav,
I like the way you have asked the question and yes i feel that any career option in which you have interest can help you settling down in your life and animation is such a sector in which one cannot survive without having interest in the stream.
As per Masters I would suggest you to take up firstly some diploma specialization and once you are done with that start with you career options and then later on you can do your masters by distance learning mode.

    Hello Bhagrav52007
Internet can't develop your foundation. It could always enhance and supplement you for skill enhancement. Remember that Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess.
Since its a practical field, you need expert guidance by proficient Mentors.
Hope it helps. Feel free to revert. Appraise by liking it or marking as best answer

First you gotta know about this field to proceed.Animation includes elaborate 2D knowledge,Human and Animal anatomical knowledge,Rhythm lines,Modeling and Texturing objects, understanding of environments and a lot more.
So i would suggest you first go to any institute and check out what are the things that you are going to be learning in animation.Animation can be pure fun or pure frustration.Depending on how you look at it.Definitely if you think you are interested you should check out more.and yes,it can be a good idea of choosing animation as a career, but only only if you are willing to spend a lot of time on it.

More than interest, it is the DEPTH of interest that is important. If the depth of interest is there to pursue animation or any other subject for that matter, then you should pursue it.
