Is it better to pursue AIMA PGDM from SIES as compared to MMS or PGDM from the same college? Is it a valuable certificate course?

I have finished BMS and given MHCET MBA entrance this year in a hope to join a good college. Instead I was not able to get a good college because of my low score. On making an inquiry at SIES, they asked me to join AIMA PGDM.
