Is it better to pursue animation degree from a good university rather than opting for any academic institution like Maac, Arena, Picasso?

My opinion and suggestion is exactly opposite . In my past i have worked with many institutes and offered courses and executed them from different universities . Unfortunately i have seen that , there use to be lots of issues due to the slow response or ignorance or communication gap from University
