Is it better to pursue BBA (advertisement) and MBA or BA (mass communication) and MBA?

There is no such specialisation in BBA. You should go for Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication or Bachelor of Mass Media. After that, you may pursue PG from institutes like SIMC, MICA, Jamia Millia and IIMC.
