Hi,
I personally refer to lot of free courses from Futurelearn and Simplilearn. They are incredibly useful and I have personally applied it in real life and seen the results and outcome. When it comes to exams and certifications, I recommend you to take it up if you are really into that particular topic and you have not done it only for knowledge but you aim to use it for showcasing the knowledge gained and experience acquired. In Futurelearn, I like particularly how case studies and QnA is arranged at the end of topic to share answers and feedback.
