No, because there is a lot problems in your first year you are unable to give your 100% because of new situation and many more other things there so,you should have to try and ,don"t think about any other thing pay attention and .do which you can.

No. It is accepting defeat. Keep trying to succeed and do better. It may happen gradually. But pays.
