It is better to study B.Tech in India than abroad, because the study is cheaper in India, as compared to abroad. The Indian Institutions have Equal Recognition's and value of Degree as some foreign Institutions and the most important is that the job prospects and opportunities are excellent in India as well as abroad, if you do your B.Tech from renowned institutions from India such as IIT's, NIT's, BIT, LPU, VIT, etc.

I think you won't learn much in B.Tech in India. Its mostly just theory and in colleges that have project based learning, ultimately students just copy the projects or get it made from freelancers. Faculty members will only guide you. They won't teach. After four years. You cant call yourself an engineer because you did everything and learned everything other than engineering.
Outside, at least the approach is more practical and course curriculum is less. So people don't waste time in copying and pasting assignments and just attending classes for the sake of attendance. They would actually learn something.
