Is it better to study MBBS abroad?

I am studying in 12th standard.I am wishing to study in UK after my 12th. But I have a doubt.Is it better to study MBBS abroad OR to study MBBS in our country and take MD abroad?. I have only 76% in my sslc. So can I have a study abroad with scholarship?

not necessary............so many country Indians are workin as doctor and they respect our MBBS course than othr country
