The answer depends on your preference. The regular degree is cheaper and has good ROI but VCU gives you an opportunity to learn abroad but it is expensive. If an affordable MBA with a good package is what you are looking for go for regular. But if you prefer an abroad studies with good exposure pref

It depends on what you want. The dual degree gives you an opportunity to study abroad for a year and also get a degree from each of the universities. If this is what you are looking for, go for it. The regular MBA is also good.
