Yes, it is a good option to do civil engineering from NIT-Warangal. This is one of the oldest government institutes and teachers are highly qualified and other than this, practical exposure is also given for better understanding.

Yes, you can. Since all the NIT are mostly similar in terms of their faculty members, infrastructure, fee structure etc. If you are getting any NIT or IIIT just grab that opportunity. Just make sure you are getting your favourable branch. Don't compromise with your interest. If you are not getting the favourable branch then don't choose any other branch.
