Is it better to work after graduation(B COM HONS) for about 2 years and then go for an MBA or apply straightway after my graduation?

I am currently pursuing my graduation (B COM HONS) from Calcutta university and just appeared for my second year exams.I have confusion regarding what to do next after my graduation?should i straightway enroll for an MBA or should i get a job and work for 2 years to gain experience and then go 4 MBA

Hi, You are absolutely on the right path of making your career, as it is always advisable to work for 2-3 years and then opting for MBA. The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prosp
