It totally depends upon the choice of programme in which you want to take admission. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, LPU NEST exam is postponed till the next government announcement related to the COVID-19 lockdown. LPU NEST is compulsory for the programmes: B.Tech. , LL. M, PG Agriculture Programmes, Ph.D. Interview is compulsory is for MBA and Ph.D. programmes. Except these programmes, you can take admission in all other programmes by fulfilling the required eligibility criteria. Admission is open online and the last date of admission is 31st august. Well in the situation of Covid-19, LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. For majority of programmes LPU NEST is not mandatory but serves the scholarship purpose for them. Due to Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, as per the notifications of central and state governments, it
is safe to stay at home. Therefore, to facilitate our prospective students, LPU offers to appear in the
LPUNEST using remotely proctored online exam by staying at home. Therefore you need to SEE the eligibility criteria of your desired programme and as per that you can proceed for your admissions.

    Hello,
You can apply to take admission in LPU on the basis of your marks in 12th class. LPU NEST is not mandatory for most of the courses. This year due to the covid-19 pandemic situation across the country LPU has relax their eligibility criteria for maximum of a programs they are offering. LPU offers more than 250 programs in various domains. Where very few programs are there in which LPU NEST is subject to qualify to satisfy the eligibility criteria, for ex: B.Tech. However, if the candidate scored 90% or more than that in 12th class then LPU NEST would be exempted. # Lovely Professional University which is most searched Institution

Dear student, LPUNEST is mandatory for admission in programs such as Hons, B Tech, B Pharm, MBA, MLT etc. For other programs such as BA, B Com, BBA, BCA, lpunest is not mandatory. But you need to fulfil other eligibility criteria. You do not need to get scared of LPUNEST either. I would suggest that you please visit the lpunest website of the concerned programme to know more about LPUNEST. The previous year question papers, syllabus, sample papers and all such information can be had from lpunest website. You need to have a good command of your subject, stream, verbal ability and analytical ability to get a good score. Good Luck

But as LPUNEST is considered for offering scholarships as well as determining Eligibility for admission in various programmes. If the candidate is not satisfied with his/her marks in LPU NEST, he/she can retake the examination in the subsequent phases which will be conducted throughout the year. LPU has allowed attempts for the same examination so that students can improve their scores and become eligible for scholarship. It is advisable to use this time between retakes for focusing on weak areas, practicing more mock tests, and revising key concepts to perform better on the next attempt.

Dear,   The amount of time you should spend daily preparing for LPUNEST depends on your current knowledge level, the programme you are applying for, and how much time is left before the exam. On average, it is recommended to dedicate 2–4 hours daily for focused preparation over several months.

For students appearing for B.Tech or science-based programs, daily sessions can be divided into 1 hour each for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and 30 minutes for English and Aptitude, with short breaks in between. For MBA or Law aspirants, you may focus on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, General Knowledge, and Current A

In order to manage time wisely during the LPU NEST examination, candidates should start their preparation by having some knowledge about the exam pattern and syllabus. Candidates should take up regular timed mock tests that have a similar environment as the real exam in order to keep on improving with their speed and accuracy. It would be best to start with the questions with which candidates feel comfortable. Leaving out difficult questions would allow the candidates to return to them later, if time permits. Some target-setting, mini-deadlines for each section, should help ensure that pacing remains in balance. There are a few calcula
