The answer is absolutely no because if every student should take JEE entrance examination in online mode then there is no concept of keeping offline examination. So, why to choose always online. Go with offline for better performance.

Go with anything you are comfortable. If you go for offline it is good. If you go for online then practices some online mocks so that you get used with the system until your examination.

You can opt for either online mode or offline mode. You can make that choice while filling the application form.
