Is it compulsory that a student should have passed 12th with more than 60% with physics, chemistry and maths & not with computer science?

No, it is not compulsory that a student should have passed class 12th with more than 60% in physics, chemistry and maths, not with computer science because computer science is an additional subject but you just have to get more than 60% in PCM to get admission in any college for CSE.

I am really sorry that you will not be getting software engineering in any of the university because the criteria to pursue B.Tech in any of the specialisations you have to clear this main subjects physics chemistry and maths and if you are failed to do so then you are left with other options which
