Is it compulsory to attempt AMU law entrance test to take admission in the law faculty of AMU?
I am giving CLAT exam and want to take admission in AMU. What is admission process on the basis of CLAT. How many marks and rank required?

AMU offers admission to its Law faculty based on the entrance test it conducts. The ranks are then decided based on the marks of the entrance test and hence admissions are provided. Cut-off varies with every year but approximately 50% is required to get a secured position in the university.

There shall be one paper of 100 marks consisting of 75 objective type questions (75% weightage) and 10 short answer type questions (25% weightage) on:
1. General English
2. Current Affairs/General Knowledge (with emphasis on legal issues)
3. Reasoning and Aptitude.
