    Perfect English is not required
You can say intermediate level English
Your English should be little above average
for mba entrance exams they ask vocabulary hence you should know many words since manager is required to have vast vocabulary
or also you need business communication skills and soft skills
but dont worry you'll be prepared while you do mba
business and soft skills will be tought while you will be doing mba that is what mba is about to refine the student with the skills
