obviously it is compulsory because only 7 iit conduct jee advanced if you are going for iit Bombay then you should get a good rank in jee advanced that is under 500 to 1000 for any doubt or preparation r

Yes it is compulsory.You have to qualify in IIT mains then qualify with good marks in IIT advanced to get in IIT Bombay
