Is it compulsory to do 11th and 12th for going abroad for Masters in computers?

Hi,
Not only must you have 11th and 12th, you must also do your bachelor's degree to be able to study masters. In case you did diploma and not 11th and 12th, its also accepted. But, bachelor's is a must.
