Is it compulsory to do B.Ed? I'm a post graduate in fine arts and working in private school as a fine art teacher for last 15 years.

B.ed is counted as professional degree. So, if you want to start your career as a teacher, it helps you a lot. Most of the schools ask for B.ed degree.
