Is it compulsory to do Diploma after 12th if I go abroad country like Canada? Can I do direct BBA course?

No, Diploma is not mandatory. You can go with your BBA. But it depends on companies. In which companies are you looking for? What are the requirements i.e. the eligibility criteria? -

13 years of education is not required in Canada. It is mostly a requirement in Germany. You can go ahead with the applications for BBA.
