Is it compulsory to do IATA course to get job as airport ground staff?
I am ex cabin crew.I would like to shift to ground staff jobs at the airport. Since I am a graduate I am planning to MBA Aviation Management .But I have no basic knowledge of airport operations,ticketing etc.So should I go for some IATA corse and then go for MBA?IF yes then what course should I do?
