Is it compulsory to do M.Phil to become a lecturer?

Hello,
To become a lecturer, all you need to have is-
a postgraduation certificate, Should qualify the UGC NET Exam
So, If you have completed the postgraduation then its time to apply for the UGC NET Exam. Make sure that you have secured minimum required marks to qualify for this exam. The UGC NET Exam is conducted for 81 subjects. You will only eligible to apply for that subject from which you have pursued the postgraduation. You can also apply for the subject related to your Masters' degree. There will be two papers in the UGC NET Exam. The paper1 is common for all the UGC NET aspirants.
