is it compulsory to give an entrance test?
for mbbs and md is it compulsory to give an entrance test in foriegn countries or there is any best college in which i do get an direct addmission?

Yes it is actually. there are many participants with limited number of seats. Entrance test is the 1st step to filter and reduce the number of applicants.

In almost all the countries, the international doctors need to get them selves register with the Medical council of that country, to practice or to pursue further studies, and for this they need to clear the eligibility exam.
Entrance test scores are one of the important eligibility criteria
