NLU-Jodhpur is a participating university under CLAT body, thus it is mandatory to appear for CLAT. Also, it ranks amongst the top 5 NLUs, thus you need to get a rank within top 200.

National Law University, Jodhpur is one of the best and TOP 5 NLUs in India. If you seriously want to study on this institution, then you have to crack CLAT exam not only you have to crack but at least score a decent rank under top 300. So, there are high chances you will easily get in last counseling. Tip - Don't Lock NLU in 1st or second counseling. Always upgrade it. This will help you to get in better one.

There is no doubt about the fact that you need to get through CLAT to get yourself enrolled in any NLU.
    Good luck.
