Yes, it is compulsory to have a minimum of 1-year experience for doing MSc. in Nursing. The Eligibility Criteria for this course is given below:
* Candidate must have completed a Bachelors degree in nursing (B.Sc in nursing or B.Sc. Hons. In Nursing or P.B.B.Sc. In Nursing) as recognized by the Ind

The one year experience can be in teaching side.. ? Or only clinical experience is needed..?

Not exactly, you can directly pursue the same after completing your B.S in nursing.
