Is it compulsory to have 2 years of work experience to do MBA in Canada? Isn't it possible to do it directly after completing my UG course?

Most Business Schools in Canada recommend/require a minimum of two to three years of work experience for admission to the MBA program. Though some business schools may accept you without any work experience, preference will be given to candidates with work experience.
