Is it compulsory to have a work experience to apply for MBA in Germany as I don't have any work experience?

Hi, yes all major universities require work experience, they may admit you if you have a distinct and extraordinary profile. Also, some low ranked institutes accept as well. If you don't have work experience please option for MS management programs.
