Is it compulsory to have B.Tech and M.Tech or B.Tech +MBA for pursuing Ph.D?

It will be better to choose M.Tech rather than MBA because here you can choose your corresponding branch in PhD. Whereas if you go for MBA you have to focus on different fields, i.e. management as well but if you want a job then you can go through MBA.
