Is it compulsory to have maths in 10+2 level for pursuing M.Sc IT?

    Naseer, some universities like Lovely Professional University don't have this criteria. Their eligibility criteria just asks for a candidate to be pass in graduation with 50%.
    There must be some other universities following the same criteria. You need to check.
    If we talk about of LPU, it is doing really good on the placement front along with academics. So, you can think about taking admission there.

    Hi Naseer,
    To study M.Sc, you must have a B.Sc in a relevant field. With B.Sc biology you cannot pursue M.Sc IT, if you are inclined towards IT you can check M.Sc in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology. Maths would still be required. Please visit university websites for admission requirements.
