Yes, for Delhi University regulations mathematics is compulsory at class 12th to pursue BMS course. But, it depends upon university to university. You can check another university, if you want to pursue BMS. All the best.

Thanku sir one more question in BBA course maths is also compulsory at +2 level in delhi university Thank you, Sir. Is it compulsory to have maths at +2 level to pursue BBA from Delhi University.
