No, mathematics isn't necessary, though it helps if you know 11th-12th level accounts and economics.
The entrance exams mentioned in the other answer are more than enough to get into a BBA course. -

It is not compulsory to have maths in 12th in order to pursue BBA, BBA is related to commerce background which is less of maths and more on accounts and economics and the true part is, there is no need to worry at all BBA is all about management. All you need to know is the market. -
For BBA, you need 12th but maths is not compulsory. But, at the same time, it is true that studying BBA will be easy for you if you are from maths background.
