Hi, It depends on what type of MBA are you planning to opt for. Work experience is not compulsory if you plan to do a full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM but it is preferable as it will give you an edge over other students. No, work experience is not compulsory for pursuing MBA. Though, It is mandatory for pursuing MBA executive programs.
