Is it compulsory to include English in the best of four subjects? Can't I opt Hindi instead of English to get admission in this college?

It is not necessary to include English. You can include Hindi, the best subjects are counted. -
You can add Hindi in your best four subjects. There will be no deduction of marks in your total.
