<p>Yes. Candidates do have to carry the admit card during reporting. Apart from admit card, candidates do need to present documents such as allotment letter, registration slip, MBBS/BDS degree Certificate Marksheets of MBBS/ BDS professional examinations, Internship completion Certificate Provisional/permanent registration Certificate issued by MCI/state medical council or DCI/state dental council, Class 10 certificate/ birth Certificate Class 12 mark sheet etc. If a candidate doesn't present the documents in the given deadline, their admission may be disrupted.</p>
