If you belong to a country where English is not the native language, then you are required to provide proof of English-language proficiency to get a study visa of Canada. You can apply and appear for various English proficiency tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE. Make sure to score at least 6.0 on the IELTS if you have applied for an undergraduate degree and 6.5 if you have applied for a postgraduate degree.
