Is it compulsory to pursue 4 years graduation to get admission in an European country? How can I get admission in Europe University for PG?

No Abha, 4 years degree is not required in European countries. For admission into PG course you must have completed your Bachelor's degree and take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. You must check the university websites for the average score requirements etc.
