No, its not compulsory to pursue M.Tech after B.Tech to get a job. You can get a job after completing your graduation.
You can try to get a job in MNC's or you can also apply for government job exams like - Railway Exams or Bank Exams.
Government jobs are much better than any other jobs. We all know about the benefits & perks of these jobs.

8 years agoM.Tech from a reputed institution is an asset in the acquisition of a job, in a reputed concern. It is not compulsory, but it is certainly an added qualification. -
You can get a job after completing B.Tech in private /government field. If you want to see yourself as professor, then you have to complete your M.Tech.
