    Hello,
    Thanks for asking.
No, its not compulsory to pursue M.Tech after B.Tech to get a job. You can get a job after completing your graduation.
You can try to get a job in MNC's or you can also apply for government job exams like - Railway Exams or Bank Exams.
Government jobs are much better than any other jobs. We all know about the benefits & perks of these jobs.

M.Tech from a reputed institution is an asset in the acquisition of a job, in a reputed concern. It is not compulsory, but it is certainly an added qualification.

No, it is not compulsory to do M.Tech after B.Tech. You can get job by doing B.tech only. But if you want to become professor/lecturer and want to get promotion in your company quite early then you must do M.Tech.

B.Tech is a sufficient qualification to start career as an engineer. However, if you want to specialize in particular technical area, then M.Tech is a recommended qualification.

You can get a job after completing B.Tech in private /government field. If you want to see yourself as professor, then you have to complete your M.Tech.
