    No, It is not compulsory to do MCA after BCA.
    You have many other options available after BCA.
    You can prepare for Further Studies.
    You can do job in Private Company.
    You can prepare for Government Job Exams.
    In most of the Exams the eligibility criteria required is Graduation.
    So after BCA, you are eligible for many Bank Exams like - IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, IBPS RRB etc.
    You can also apply for SSC CGL Exam or SSC CHSL Exams, Railway Exams.
    All are Government Jobs & everyone knows about the perks & Benefits of Indian Government Jobs.
