Is it compulsory to pursue MCA after BCA?

No, It is not compulsory to do MCA after BCA. You have many other options available after BCA. You can prepare for Further Studies. You can do job in Private Company. You can prepare for Government Job Exams. In most of the Exams the eligibility criteria required is Graduation.
