Is it compulsory to pursue MCA after completing BCA? Can I pursue MBA in IT?

If the technical field interests you, then MCA is a good option. If the management field interests you, then MBA (IT) is an ideal option.

Yes, you can go for either MCA or MBA in IT. MBA will be more of management role, whereas MCA will be more inclined towards technicality of computers. It depends on your work of interest which one to choose.
