Is it compulsory to qualify the NATA exam in order to take admission in B.Arch?

Hi, Sahiba! I am an alumnus of LPU. I have spent 4 to 5 years at LPU so I know about LPU. As I have many friends from different programmes also I have worked there in a part-time job in admissions. Yes, the NATA exam or JEE Main Paper-II is compulsory to take admission in B.Arch at Lovely Professional University. Let me share the eligibility criteria for admission to B.Arch at LPU. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English Physics Chemistry and Mathematics and pass with 50% aggregate marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics or pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2021 or JEE Main (Paper-II) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/if allowed by the statutory body for 2021-22) Admission Criteria Merit prepared with weightage of 50% marks for aptitude tests NATA 2021 or JEE Main (Paper-II) and 50% marks in the qualifying examination, subject to eligibility criteria.
