<p>Yes, It is Compulsory to report at the institute as per UPCET counselling schedule.</p><p>We have to report at institute before the last date of admission confirmation date.</p><p>So that, for eveyone it will be clear where the admission is finalised and for whom admission is finalised.&nbsp;</p>
