is it compulsry to cook ,taste and cut non veg menu if i take food production in my 3years bsc in hotel management as i m a vegetarian

It is not neccesary to taste the same but yes you may have to handle the same or else opt for complete vegetarian system which would also limit your opportunities in the job market.
