Jumping of streams taxes you by deduction of percentage in best four in universities like Delhi but it might not be the case with others. Check their individual criteria and apply.

Be clear about your choices, if you are confused, take a psychometric test to know your best fit. B.Com otherwise is a good option as you can go for m.com + net for professor ship , mba to take a job in management or diplomas in finance, accounting, taxes etc.
