Is it difficult to get a job after Masters of computer science in Australia as I got to know that 90% of companies want employees having PR?

Hi, As per the information, a candidate who has a PR already, chances are that the candidate could be hired given the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria. The reason is pretty easy to understand that a company has to make investment to hire a foreign candidate, so to save the cost candidates with PR could be given preference. But, cases could differ on situation basis.
