Is it difficult to get admission for MS in a reputed college in Canada if somebody has a work experience of 2-2.5 years?

No, it is not like that. It always seems to be impossible, until it's done. Having a work experience adds more weight-age to an individual's profile and with good IELTS score (7-9) and strong educational record one can easily get admission in the top colleges of Canada. So be confident, and start getting your bags pack. Good luck.
