Is it difficult to get jobs after doing an MBA without prior experience?

Experience is not mandatory for securing job after MBA but quality of institute from where you pursue the degree plays a huge role in employability. If you pursue it from a run-a-mill college which gives direct admission without having qualified CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT will obviously will not provide campus placement and even employers will look down upon such degrees. My suggestion is to improve your English language and prepare 3-6 months for one of the management aptitude test. If you secure above 75 percentile, you will be able to secure in some good b-school which would also provide campus placement opportunity.
