No, it is not difficult to pursue MBA in HR after completing B.Sc. Since, MBA is a different field all together, so whatever you learn will be from the scratch. Moreover, HR is an amazing field to pursue your MBA as it'll help you in earning a leadership role or advancing your career in HR probably requires having a graduate degree.
In this day and age, it isn't surprising to see that most managerial roles in HR prefer a combination of relevant work experience and education.

8 years agoNo, it won't be difficult to pursue HR after completing B.Sc because the course curriculum for HR mainly focusses on models, structures, theories and ideologies, which are part of any working organization. -

No MBA HR is theoretical course and it doesn't possess tension you can if you are coming from Science background .

It is not difficult. Rather, you will be happy to do MBA, since you are from Science stream. I am myself a B.Tech but now I feel comfortable in grasping topics here in MBA from Doon Business School, Dehradun.
