There can be percentage change in the cut off of various colleges, this is just to give you an idea about the first cutoff. There can be more cutoffs, if seats are left. Also, your25% can be deducted if you are changing your stream, e.g. if you are changing from science to commerce. -

Eligibility for M.Com in Finance
The eligibility criterion for pursuing this course is a Bachelor's degree with commerce subjects such as accounts, maths and economic. If you satisfy this you will definitely get into it!
