    It can fluctuate from year to year but, in general the Institute of Home Economics (IHE), University of Delhi (DU) is preferred and there is always a great deal of rivalry to get in. Since it is a women's college then the number of applicants may be few compared to co-educational institutions. 

    IHE gives admission to the courses where University of Delhi holds the Common Entrance Test (CET) for different under graduate programmes they offer. There are courses, such as B.Sc. Home Science, B.Sc. Nutrition & Food, B.Com. (Hons.), and B.A. (Hons.) Family & Community Science.
